Our caregivers are selected not only for their experience, but for their heart. They are trained to support the whole person — through nutritious meals, gentle physical activity, meaningful social interaction, and compassionate daily assistance.

Golden Hearts Assisted Living was born from a simple but powerful belief: every older adult deserves to be cared for in a place that truly feels like home — not a facility.
We created our assisted living home in San Antonio, TX with that belief at the center of everything. Tucked inside one of San Antonio’s most beautiful residential neighborhoods, Golden Hearts is intentionally small. Fewer residents. More caregivers. More time for the moments that matter.
Our caregivers don’t clock in and clock out. They build real relationships with every resident and every family. They remember birthdays, favorite foods, and the stories that make each person who they are.
